prefects? yes. blazers and ribbons?! heck NO!

by my title above, you'll know this ain't good. next year, *gulp* the afternoon session prefect board in combining with the morning sessions. i do not know what does it mean but combining? why?? i mean, we were living our happy prefects life when we heard THAT. i read Esther's blog. she mentioned that guys need to wear blazer, white pants [ LOL ] and black shoes. and gilrs need to wear blazer and black shoes and the ribbon thing. eee. oh wells.
